I am currently staying here with my daughter at this lovely hotel. I literally feel at home and not even in a hotel. People are so nice. Bed is comfortable. They have complimentary snacks and drinks. The girl at the front walked us to our room, she was so polite and welcoming.

Staying at the Oak Tree Hotel was a fantastic experience. Our room was just right with charming decor, ample space and a large bath. But the best part was the upstairs skylit atrium with antique furniture that made a great place to sit and chat. The free snacks and beer and wine were a bonus. They even let us put my husband’s beer in the pantry freezer so it would be as cold as he likes it. It made our stay in Arcadia a delight.

Very nice hotel. Was nice to have a break from other hotels i stay in during travel for work. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary snack and sodas. Definitely will stay here next time around

What a wonderful hidden gem! This is a gorgeous hotel in downtown Arcadia, with unique charming rooms and a very friendly service. Complimentary beer or wine, great choice of snacks and lovely decor. To anyone wanting to spend a night (or several) in the area, I highly recommend the Oak Tree hotel rather than the typical hotel chains around. Support small businesses!

Quirky boutique hotel. Used for a stay over on way to Fossil Junkies tour on Peace river. Very friendly owners. Wonderful complimentary snacks and drinks are provided. Super comfortable beds, too.

If you are in south central Florida looking for a place to stay, don’t miss this delightful renovated 1902 ish hotel in Arcadia. Remodeled in 2018 by extremely nice and proud owners who have done a great job on the rehab. Done in a cozy bed and breakfast style with a blend of old Victorian and Middle East decor tastefully blended for a very pleasant experience. The two rooms we rented had different themes and were very clean and inviting. Just be a little careful stepping into the tub shower as they had slightly older jacuzzi tubs with high sides and being fiberglass they were a bit slippery. And with no handrails one could easily slip and fall. You might ask if they have any rubber Mats. A complimentary glass of wine or a cold beer awaits the weary traveler in the upstairs “LivingRoom”. And the hot breakfast was complimentary and filling. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Horrible. The fire alarm starting going off every 10 minutes starting around 4 am. When checking out the guy at the counter said we're you in the room with the fire alarm. I said yes the one that has been going off for the last 4 hours. He said yes I was gonna knock on you door I think the battries are going dead. I said no one ever knocked ive been awake for hours due to no sleep for the alarm. He just looked at me with a smug face. When the battries are going dead generally they have a beep sound every so often. This was not a small beep. It would siren for 5 to 10 seconds every ten minutes for hours. No rest at all at this hotel. Better sleep on the park bench outside

After Holiday Inn Express cancelled my reservation due to a "computer error," I was relieved to find this place. The owners were friendly and helpful and the rates were excellent. With quaint decor, clean rooms, and complimentary breakfast, beer, wine, and snacks, this is THE place to stay when visiting Arcadia.
